

DUTIES
Work with management to define strategy and requirements, leading cross functional development teams from design through delivery, and managing all development, test, and launch timelines. Deliver rich experiences to end users and experience in solving deep technical problems. Make critical decisions independently in a fast paced and demanding environment. Exhibit a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. Provide cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills to multiple projects.
Some of the key job functions of the Technical Project Manager are:
• Provide team leadership and project management for multiple projects.The TPM would drive the definition, creation, and population of stakeholder dashboard reporting.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to define business intelligence needs, gathering requirements and writing business requirements documents, driving solutions through engineering,
deploying solutions and training users on solutions Ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting data issues, and contributing to process/tool improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical background in .NET framework, service-oriented architecture, and development bridging a variety of technologies, including, C#, and .Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server, Visual Studio and Crystal Reports.
• Responsible for all aspects of technical development, including architecture, design and quality while being accountable to timelines and product performance.
• Provide software development principles, deployment & operation of web-based applications & service oriented architecture solutions.
• Define and drive the IT wide automation vision and make recommendations for next generation service enhancements (that includes Data centers, Environment Management, SQL planning/management, performance management and service management)
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires 3 year of experience with the following skills and technologies: Development in Silverlight, WPF, Flash, HTML, Winforms, Win32, Cocoa, AJAX, or Linux. Managing high volume web services, Windows Server, and virtualization in a complex, high availability environment. Managing scalable networks with a deep understanding of the OSI Model, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, Routing, ACL's, and switching IIS and SharePoint Server 2010. Experience may be gained concurrently.
